Email Service Terms and Conditions

1. Service Introduction
NETKARACHI provides free email service to its Internet service subscribers. This service is available on the @netkarachi.pk domain.
2. Account Eligibility
- Only active Internet service subscribers are eligible for email accounts
- One email account is provided per connection
- Accounts are non-transferable
3. Storage Limits
- Mailbox capacity: 100 MB
- Maximum attachment size: 10 MB
- Messages are automatically deleted after 90 days
4. Prohibited Activities
- Sending spam or bulk email
- Transmitting illegal content
- Phishing or fraud attempts
- Spreading viruses or malware
5. Service Suspension
NETKARACHI may suspend email service at any time without notice if:
- Internet service is cancelled
- Terms are violated
- Account remains inactive for more than 6 months
6. Data Backup
Users are advised to maintain backups of important emails. NETKARACHI is not responsible for data loss.
