Internet Service Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description
NETKARACHI provides asymmetric Internet connections to residents of Karachi. Service includes:
- Wireless or cable connection
- Shared IP address
- Unlimited data transfer
- Free email account
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- We guarantee 97% uptime
- Advance notice will be given for planned maintenance
- Notice may not be possible for emergency repairs
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Users are prohibited from:
- Illegal activities
- Copyright infringement
- Network attacks or hacking
- Spreading spam or malware
- Reselling connection for commercial purposes
4. Payment Terms
- Monthly fee is due on the 1st of each month
- Late payment penalty: Rs. 500
- Service suspended after 15 days late
- Connection terminated after 30 days late
5. Installation
- Installation fee is a one-time payment
- Equipment remains property of NETKARACHI
- Equipment must be returned upon cancellation
6. Contract and Cancellation
- Contract is for indefinite period
- 30 days notice required for cancellation
- All dues must be paid
7. Limitation of Liability
NETKARACHI is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from service interruption.
